Greek Yoghurt and Bananas

2 minute dessert. Chop some bananas into the bottom of a sundae dish and cover with thick Greek yoghurt.  Sprinkle with some dark muscovado sugar and put in the fridge until ready to serve.  The sugar will become runny and fudge like . Simple, quick and delicious.

  1. I used to do this a lot and had totally forgotten about it. Made it last night using cooled roasted rhubarb. It was yummy.
