Italian Meatballs in Tomato Sauce
This meal was ok, the sauce was flavoursome but somehow the meatballs were a bit dry and tasteless. I have made nicer ones in the past from a Delia Smith recipe. I won't blog the recipe as I wouldn't make it again, instead I'll just put a link to the recipe. A friend of mine made the meatballs with half beef mince and half pork mince and didn't find them too dry. Maybe that combination would work better. She also found the amount of oregano overpowering.
