Jamie Oliver's Crispy smoked Mackerel salad




A simple and delicious salad with minimum effort. I decided not to bother frying the mackerel fillets as I am more than happy to eat these sweet cured fillets cold. So I mixed some creamed horseradish with  some natural yoghurt, arranged some beetroot from a jar amongst some watercress and placed the fillets on top with the dollops of the horseradish. If you wanted the fillets hot, score the skin side and fry until the skin becomes crispy.
