Miso soup



Having made another Ramen the night before I had some of the vegetables and noodles left over. Some left over cooked chicken too . I used the itsu miso soup sachets which come in a packet of five and would make a very tasty lunch on their own. You just add water to the little sachets . I added extra noodles and extra veg with the left overs and had the most delicious and satisfying soup. It’s definitely approaching soup weather now which isn’t a bad thing. Using up all those veggies in the fridge which are just past their best, but taste lovely in a soup.
