Cupcake jemma’s filthy snicker pavlova

I think the title and the photo says it all about this dessert. Thankfully Christmas isn’t a time to be thinking about calories so this dessert can be forgiven at the moment. If I made it again I would just make my usual pavlova and not bother with the cocoa, and I’ve never cooked a pavlova for over an hour so, I switched off the oven at exactly an hour. 

It was a super treatie dessert though, indulgent and impressive and one that doesn’t hang around for very long. Maybe a nice one for a New Year’s Eve gathering.
