An easy lunch in the sunshine the other day . I couldn’t buy find plain cous cous  so opted for the packets of lemon and coriander which are incredibly easy to prepare . I added chopped cucumber, sweet tomatoes, cooked king prawns, some fresh mint and some red onions chopped . I gave the dish a good seasoning of salt and pepper , squeezed on some fresh lemon juice and drizzled on some olive oil . The sourdough with burrata, Serrano ham and some tinned peaches was a lovely starter .
